For the purposes of this Agreement, “Personal Purposes” shall mean any private use of the Font Software by you. You may use the Fonts Software only for Your own Personal Purposes and for Your Work. The Font Designer hereby grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Font Software provided that You comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, Font Software shall mean the Font Software, and any parts or copies of it. This Agreement is a binding agreement between You and the Font Designer and shall set forth the terms and conditions under which You can use the Font Software.
